Delivery times include processing and are estimates, not guarantees. Most items arrive in the time shown for the United States below. A few products ship from further away and take longer: their own estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page before you add to cart, so you always know before you pay. Good to Know
- Customs, duties and taxes: outside the United States your country may charge import duties, VAT or handling fees on arrival. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer to the carrier or customs office.
- Where we cannot ship: we cannot ship to a few countries, such as those under trade sanctions. They do not appear in the country list at checkout.
- Separate parcels: items in one order may ship from different warehouses and arrive on different days. You will get a tracking number for each parcel.
- Address changes: contact us as soon as possible. We can only change an address before the order ships.
