Our Story
A Pet Shop Built on Straight Answers
Shopping for pet gear online can feel like guesswork: vague sizes, glossy photos and no idea when a parcel will turn up. We started to take the guesswork out.
We choose each product ourselves, rewrite its description from the real specifications and tell you up front how it is sent. If something is not right when it arrives, tell us and we will sort it out.
We would rather you buy one thing that suits your pet than five that do not.

We do not keep stock in a warehouse of our own. Orders are packed and sent by partner warehouses overseas, so delivery takes about 7-14 business days.
