Orders
- When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation, and we may decline or cancel an order, for example for a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we do, you will be refunded in full.
- Prices are shown at checkout and may change before you order. Please check your details before paying.
- Your items are shipped by our fulfilment partners, so one order can arrive in more than one parcel.
Shipping and Returns
Delivery times and costs are on our Shipping & Delivery page and are estimates. Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds policy. You may also have rights under the law where you live, which these terms do not take away.
Duties and Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes and VAT charged by your country when the parcel arrives are your responsibility, unless the checkout says they are included.
Pet Safety
Every pet is different. Supervise your pet with new products, follow any sizing and age guidance on the product page, and stop using an item if it is damaged. Our products are not a substitute for advice from your vet.
Your Account and Reviews
Keep your password private. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience, and must not contain anything unlawful or offensive. We may remove reviews that break this rule. By posting a review or photo, you let us display it on the site.
Using the Site
Please do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or copy its content or images without permission. All text, photos and branding on the site belong to us or our licensors.
Our Responsibility
We take care to describe products accurately and to deliver on time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
